<Payments other than cash>
- For orders up to 2 sets, 500 yen will be charged for invoice costs all over Japan (excluding Hokkaido and Okinawa, 1,000 yen).
For orders of 3 sets and more, delivery will be free of charge.
- Bank transfer charges will be the buyer’s responsibility..
- Payment on delivery charge: 1 set: 420 yen; 2 sets: 630 yen
<Order delivery schedule>
- Bank transfer: please remit money within a week after receipt of our bill. After remittance has been duly checked, you will receive your order within a week (except for orders made on reservation).
- Payment on delivery: product will be sent within 3 days after receipt of your order (except for orders made on reservation).
- Delivery might be affected by unpredictable weather or traffic conditions. In such a case we shall contact you directly to inform you of the delay. We are very grateful for your comprehension. (In case of orders made on reservation, customers will receive their products according to reservation waiting list turn)

Concerning the eventual return of goods, we endeavor to satisfy our customers to the best of our abilities, but if the order is canceled after payment, and this before product is being sent, we shall refund the money in its totality. However bank transfer costs incurred by the said refund will be deducted. Moreover, return invoice costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
Please bear in mind that no return of goods will be affected without prior notification from the customer.
※Please bear in mind that product return or exchange will not be accepted if:
(1) the seal of the box containing the bottles set has been broken or tampered with.
(2) return of goods is accepted within 8 days after receipt.
